This is a 4 day course is designed for students who have a basic to healthy understanding of AMS Machinery Manager. Students expand their knowledge of machinery analysis techniques, focusing on analysis and reporting using:

  • PlotData - Monitor turbo machinery and identify unhealthy operating conditions by displaying more advanced plots such as transient, shaft centerline, orbit, bode nyquist, and cascade plots.
  • Diagnostic Analysis - Learn how to identify problems using AMS Machinery Manager.
  • Export - How to export data and reports.
  • PeakVue - How to use and how using PeakVue provides insight into mechanical defects not visible in typical vibration.
  • Full version of RBMview :
    • Measure and track performance metrics and evaluate successes in your program such as cost avoidance or bottom line savings 
    • Prioritize maintenance actions based on machinery operational priority and problem severity
    • Communicate high-level view of the current machinery health status, allowing quick navigation to supporting diagnostic information
